Globalthek  wants to promote critical understanding of art and visual culture through dialog and debate. The site welcomes diversity of views and respects disagreements resulting from conflicting positions, with the hope that such discourses will contribute to a rich learning experience. Views expressed by participants are not necessarily endorsed by globalthek . However, all participants must maintain civility of language; inflammatory, slanderous or inappropriate remarks directed at specific individuals or groups will not be tolerated. In this context, globalthek  reserves the right to define “inflammatory”, “slanderous” and “inappropriate”. It also reserves the right to edit or decline a submission and block a participant, should such submission or participant violate its basic tenets. If any party is interested in an artist’s work displayed in the Gallery, they will contact the artist directly. Globalthek will not mediate such negotiation.
